Patriarch Neophyte of Bulgaria meets with Metropolitan Vladimir of Kiev and All Ukraine

Screen Shot 2013-08-02 at 7.17.23 PMJuly 29, 2013 – His Beatitude Metropolitan Vladimir of Kiev and All Ukraine met with His Holiness Patriarch Neophyte of Bulgaria and Metropolitan Gabriel of Lovec, who participated in the celebrations marking the 1025th anniversary of the Baptism of Rus’, at the Metropolitan’s residence in the Theophania Monastery in Kiev.

The Metropolitan discussed with his guests the results of the past celebrations and thanked Patriarch Neophyte for this response to the invitation of the Russian Orthodox Church to come for the celebrations.

They also discussed some problems of inter-church cooperation.

Participating in the meeting were also Metropolitan Anthony of Borispol, chancellor of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and rector of Kiev Theological Schools, Bishop Philaret of Novaya Kakhovka and Genichesk and Archimandrite Philip (Vasiltsev), representative of the Patriarch of Moscow to the Patriarch of Bulgaria.

For example, 5 euros a month is it a lot or little? A cup of coffee? It is not that much for a family budget, but it is a significant amount for Pravmir.

If everyone reading Pravmir could donate 5 euros a month, they would contribute greatly to our ability to spread the word of Christ, Orthodoxy, life's purpose, family and society.
