Holy Gifts of the Magi to arrive in Belarus on Friday

The holy relic of the Gifts of the Magi will be available at the House of Mercy until January 24 before being taken to Kiev. The relic arrived in Moscow on the eve of the Orthodox Christmas and is to be delivered to St. Petersburg today. Since the 15th century, the Gifts of the Magi have been kept in the Monastery of St. Paul on Mount Athos.

Pilgrims from all over Belarus are expected to come to Minsk. The venue will be guarded 24/7 by security personnel and include private parking lots.
