His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia sent a message of greeting to His Eminence Metropolitan Daniel of Tokyo and All Japan on the occasion of his Name Day. The text of the message is given below.
Your Eminence,
I cordially greet you on the occasion of the Commemoration Day of your heavenly patron – the Holy and Most Orthodox Prince Daniel of Moscow.
For almost fifteen years you have carried out the lofty and important service of Primate of the Japanese Autonomous Orthodox Church, seeking to continue the missionary work of St. Nicholas Equal-to-the-Apostles, the Enlightener of Japan, and to zealously care for the lot entrusted to you.
I prayerfully wish you spiritual and physical strength from the Author and Finisher of our faith Lord Jesus Christ (cf. Heb. 12:2) in your further work for the glory of His Holy Church.

In comparison to some mass media, we do not make paid subscription.
It is our deepest belief that preaching Christ for money is wrong.
Having said that, Pravmir provides daily articles from an autonomous news service,
weekly wall newspaper for churches, lectorium, photos, videos, hosting and servers.
Editors and translators work together towards one goal: to make our four websites possible -
Pravmir.ru, Neinvalid.ru, Matrony.ru and Pravmir.com. Therefore our request for help is understandable.
For example, 5 euros a month is it a lot or little?
