E. Chawki Abou Nassar, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lebanon to the Russian Federation, and other Lebanese officials.
The situation of Christians in Lebanon and other countries of the Middle East was discussed.
His Holiness Patriarch Kirill said that the Russian Orthodox Church was praying for Christians in the Middle East and comes forward at various international forums for maintaining Christian presence in the region.
