Moscow, September 25, Interfax - Forces of the Ukrainian National Guardia occupied the Monastery of the Iveron Icon of the Mother of God in Donetsk and shell home guards positions from it.

“The church is desecrated, civil population is exiled, the Nazis shell the positions of home guards and suburbs of Donetsk from the church territory, knowing that home guards won’t shell the church and the monastery,” the Russkaya Vesna website quotes a home guard as saying.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Army had already subjected the monastery located not far from the airport to shelling.
